Needs the following:

  • a real CONTRIBUTING-module-repos.md file to point to
  • all kitchen tests need to be switched to go
  • I need some way to run all the tests (with correct env variables etc)
  • int.cloudbuild.yaml needs to be updated with the results of running tests locally
